What exercises will help me lose stomach fat? Or is diet the only way?
I don’t think your diet was too bad before you changed it. Wholegrain bread/toast is actually good for you. As long as you don’t add lots of butter etc. The sandwich also if made healthily can also be good for you. (lean chicken, salad, hummus) aswell as the fruit. and also lean meat and vegetables not bad either. You have to be careful that with your new diet you’re not actually eating too little. Your body goes into starvation mode and will actually try to hold onto the weight. I made the same mistake and actually injured myself by running and trying to diet at the same time. You need carbohydrates in your diet when doing cardiovascular exercise. With your new exercise routine, and old diet you were probably building muscle first (so you wouldn’t initially see a diiference in weight while your body adjusts). Then, when your muscles have developed you burn more cals (and weight goes down). I would go back to your old diet (minus the choc) and keep the exercise up and you will def star
