What exercises target the hamstrings and butt the best (i wanna wear my daisy dukes!)?
Squats are your best bet, and lunges (front especially) are also an excellent for hamstrings and butt. That will only tighten, though. In order to get rid of cellulite you’ll have to lose fat and the only way you can do that is to do sufficient cardio (running, swimming, speed walking, etc.) to lose fat. You can’t spot-reduce fat, so you’ll have to do enough to lower your body fat percentage enough all over to see a reduction in cellulite. You’ll also have to do more than 20 minutes 3 times a week; do at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. Ideally, you should do it 4 times a week, but any increase will help.
