What exercises should I be doing for lower back pain?
Hello Jen If you are still having back pain even while on medication, then it means the problem is still there. So you need to do corrective exercises to remove the problem and then preventative exercises to stop it coming back. All back pain is a combination of – tight joints, tight muscles, pelvic imbalance, weak muscles (related to nerve supply not actual physical strength). You need to target each of these if you want to stop your back pain. Otherwise it will either come back again soon, or not disappear 100% anyway. The best thing is these techniques you can do at home and ease the pain quickly. They only take a few minutes each day to do and are 100% safe. Only doing a few stretches will just at most ease the pain further but not remove it totally.
