This is a really good question, most people think that to make your punches harder they need a lot of muscle ex. biceps, triceps and so on, but that is not necessarily true. What I suggest is take karate or something like that, if you live in America go to JKD lessons (Jeet Kune Do). If you do not want to take any classes then you don’t need to. So for stronger punches the main part of stronger punches is hip movement. twist your hip, when you punch. When you punch don’t just hit AT the target but hit THROUGH the target and do it in kind of a snapping action. If you want faster punches I suggest you buy wrist weights and then again apply the same process with the snapping action and then with the weights keep punching non stop for about 30mins – 1 hour.
