As most answers state, swimming is really good. Being in the water also helps take the pressure off your pelvis if you are getting big and if you are suffering from pelvic pain can be a real relief so long as you can get in and out of the water ok. If you can find a good yoga instructor who has trained in pregnancy yoga techniques, they can also be very useful and they can often help you with techniques to use during labor as well. Really any personal trainer or fitness instructor that has been trained in pregnancy fitness and exercise should be able to help you.
