What exercise to do at gym to tone stomach and make it flatter?
Working out does not TONE it, not anymore than it bulks you. Tone and bulk don’t exist, it’s just a matter of how much muscle and fat you build up. Tone is a muscled-up body with low body fat %, while bulk is a muscled body with a higher body fat %. So you still have muscle. I just want to make that part clear. If you want to flatten(or tone) your stomach, that is done with diet. Toning is done with diet(shedding the fat covering your muscles), not working out. Not saying that you can’t cardio it off, because toning is actually done using both, but it’s primarily done with diet, and in most cases you don’t need a gym card to shed your fat. Now that you have a gym card, use it. I don’t know if you want a toned body over a regular healthy body with just diet, which is why I wrote the other option above.
