Depts., and COMIDA Important Notice / NYS Empire Zones (EZ) (485-e) REMINDER: If you own property in the New York State Empire Zone and have made property improvements that has raised the value of your property, the 485-e abatement form must be returned to the Assessment Office before the taxable status date of February 1, 2010.
