What examples of significant social changes haven taken place over the past 50 years?
Morality >going like a speeding truck out the window Respect >our elders, Parents, Teachers etc virtually non existent through lack of discipline and learning the values of morality. TV> conditioning the mind to blubber Ethic’s> virtually non existent Corporate Industry> millions of human sheeple working for evil destroyers of the planet Greed> everybody has become more greedy Self indulgence> obesity and fat related diseases are rising Sexual promiscuity> sleeping around rampantly, STDs are common place and Teenagers as young as 9 are having oral sex to full blown intercourse. Family structure> falling apart at the seams, divorce rates rise every yr b y at least 5% Technology> has improved and we are addicted to it, cannot live without it. I could go on and on but it would be a waste of time because nobody really gives a damn…
I don’t believe anything has changed in the base of social structure, it has just evolved into different forms and other things are just hidden more. Meaning as a focal, majority of what we see and hear is media based. We have idealism, but that is it. Example,issues such as racism, as a majority in society we do not accept it as a whole and it is not right in our faces daily so it is less in our minds, does not mean it does not exists just as much as it did before, just in different form. Segregation, starvation, killing, war, back-door politics the list goes on. Technology is the only thing that has changed, in turn making us believe we have evolved into a better world.
