A Webcam Comment is a new AOL Video Portal feature that permits you to post your comments about videos on the site. In the comments area, if there is a video camera icon next to the poster’s name, just click on the video camera icon to watch the webcam comment. Webcam comments are fun to watch, and even more fun to make. Got something to say? Put your words into video and leave a webcam comment.
