What exactly is the TRX Boot Camp?
The TRX Boot Camp is either a 3 Week or a 6 Week Training Course, consisting of two or three weekly 1 hour TRX Group Classes and two Individual Workouts found in your TRX Boot Camp Guide. The TRX Group classes are extremely efficient and effective, and boot campers leave each class feeling challenged and accomplished! Throughout the 6 weeks, each boot camper has the opportunity to communicate fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle goals to the TRX Coach via email, and the TRX Coach advises each boot camper accordingly on how best to achieve those goals. Each boot camper is also assigned a boot camp partner whom they use for motivation and accountability throughout the course.
