What exactly is the Staten Island Kettlebell Boot Camp?
The Kettlebell Boot Camp is a four-week program held at the Staten Island Judo & Jujitsu Dojo that provides instruction on fitness through generous amounts of motivation and fun! Anton Iskerskiy, a certified fitness professional with years of experience, leads the Boot Camp, and he has helped dozens of New York and New Jersey residents. The Boot Camp consists of a Kettlebell-based circuit with some body weight exercises. The goal is to get you moving, elevate your heart rate and build lean muscles to help your body burn twice as much fat. Men can expect to get stronger, more defined and more muscular, while women can expect to get stronger, smaller, tighter and firmer. Both men and women lose a great deal of body fat and significantly improve their cardiovascular conditioning through the Boot Camp. The Boot Camp is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 5:45 a.m. and ending at 6:45 a.m., and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. On Saturdays, Boot Camp is held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. E
