What exactly is the Executive Dads program?
Today many fathers feel that if they take time for their family their careers will suffer and if they don’t their family will suffer. Executive Dads is a coaching program designed to help professionals (both working men and women) navigate the challenges of balancing a successful family life with building and maintaining a fulfilling career. It is designed with the successful professional in mind, to help him or her achieve clarity about what it is they want to create both at work and at home empowering them to prioritize and make choices that lead to the life they want – and the work/life balance that they yearn for.
