What exactly is Live Gamer?
The Live Gamer Exchange service is an auction system for player to player transactions only, where players can auction/sell items, coin, and characters to each other in a safe and secure environment. SOE and Live Gamer will not be auctioning/selling tradable assets through this system. This means that everyone that wants to put something up for auction will have to either earn it or craft it through normal game play. This also means that participation in the new service is voluntary and community driven. If the community as a whole decides not to use the system to auction or acquire characters for example, then this would address many of the concerns that have been expressed regarding noobs purchasing twinked characters.
