What exactly is Document Pro organization?
Document Pro organizes documents for a company’s Quality Management System. Typically, documentation is organized into four levels. However, Doc Pro can be customized for one level or eight levels. All levels can be accessed by selecting Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions and Forms & Check lists. All documents are chronologically sorted by their prefix numbers. The numerals are generally assigned by the administrator. Each document list shows the date of its creation and revision status. “Actions” show all the pending requests that the user has made. A document can be accessed by selecting it. The Procedure , Work Instruction or Form is easily accessed.
