What exactly is a “Smart House”?
A smart house can be many things. It can turn on your lights while you are away or when you arrive home. It can manage your security and surveillance systems. It can allow you to “automate” your irrigation system. Smart Houses can allow you to press one button which would lower your projection screen in the media room, lower your lighting, turn on your DVD player, turn on your receiver and play your movie. Smart Houses can manage your spa or pool temperatures. The list goes on and on.
