Attach is a software company. It has a support line for end users, which is charged. Dealers and sub dealers are Attach agents, who must undergo and pass training annually. They are independent of Attach financially. It is your choice as to which dealer or dealers you use. Dealers use the special Attach support line to get help when they do not know the answers. Sub dealers are attached to a particular dealer, and get their support from the dealers. Because of the rigorous training involved, a company is not an Attach dealer or sub dealer, a person is. YOU can get a list at any time from us as to who are the currently registered people in your area.
