What exactly is a “crack” dragoon?
RoE uses some different units from standard Birthright. Dragoons are one such new unit. You’ll have to look them up in the Unit Description and Army Units files to read the description. “Crack” is a description of how skilled the unit is. All units in RoE have an experience level like this, which varies from Raw (worst) to Legendary (best). Experienced units cost extra to maintain but are more effective in combat.
