That depends on how you are using Navizon. If you have been using Navizon with a GPS enabled device, then the locations of Cell Towers and Wi-Fi APs that you passed, are being sent to the Navizon Server so those users without GPS enabled devices can get positioning information when they travel to the location you just “mapped”.
