What exactly does tekVizion provide in regards to Support Services?
Vendor can contract tekVizion on an hourly, monthly or yearly basis for support to assist them with issues such as basic configuration questions/issue, troubleshooting/debugging failures, etc. In addition, tekVizion will provide the interface to Cisco to report and track the issue on the vendor’s behalf. The vendor gains the benefit of indirect representation from Cisco versus being required to purchase Cisco’s Developer Support contract.
