What exactly do spermicides do and why are they important?
Spermicides the chemicals that disable the sperm to function, so we say it “kills” the little bugers. They come in forms of a cream, jelly, foam or suppository. There are a few different types of spermicides. Most are similar in cost and effectiveness. Put the spermicide in each time befor intercourse. Always read the instructions carefully.
