What exactly are psionics?
Very good question…Psionics are people who practice Psi and other related abilities. Psi manipulation is the ability to form psi balls with psi which is contained inside a person. Psi balls are a gathering of psi. You then can make contructs with those psi balls, constructs are programed psi balls. You can program psi balls to do whatever you want them to do (if you are good enough). Other abilities that people practice are Telepathy, Telekinesis, Remote Viewing, Lucid dreaming and much more. I might write an introduction article explaining everything.
