What evidence does an employee have to provide to confirm they are their childs primary care giver?
A. An employee is only required to provide evidence if their employer has specifically asked the employee to provide confirmation of their primary care giver status. If confirmation is required an employee must provide evidence that would satisfy a reasonable person of their entitlement to paid parental leave.
