Dinner is served promptly at 7:00 PM. A three-speaker Open meeting starts at 8:30pm; ending at 10:00pm. At 10:30pm, there is a showing of several videos, including “Bill’s Own Story.” Dancing starts at 10:00pm; and ends at 2:00am. There are two separate rooms for dancing; one has a live orchestra and the other a DJ.
