These events will cause the Notes client, after a 5min idle period, to send an encrypted copy of the user’s ID file into the user ID recovery database: Accepting new Notes keys into the ID file Accepting a name change into the ID file Initiating a change request Updating the recovery information Inserting a document encryption key (NEK) into the ID file
