This will vary from project to project. Each deal will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. The terms will reflect the stage of development of the project, whether outside investors are also participating, etc. The Fund would not normally expect to take a controlling interest. It is important to remember that the fund seeks to make investments that will produce a return and will therefore act in a manner similar to business angels or other seed funds.
