Organization and Administration, etc.; • Will meet with sport convenors on a regular basis; • Will work with assistants; • Will supervise sport activities on occasion; • Will organize the sport survey; • Will tabulate Campus Recreation activities; • Will handle complaints concerning the program; • Will collect and investigate accident reports; • Will assemble the sports pamphlet for the students; • Will direct in the preparation of reports for the Campus Recreation Director; • Will prepare final year report; • Other administrative duties as required. • Financial • Will find a sponsor for the following year’s Campus Recreation T-shirts; • Will collect bonds from sport convenors prior to the start of the activity; • Will tabulate any payment to officials; • Other fund-raising activities as required.
