What equipment will a collection site need to begin using FormFox?
Sites will need a computer, internet access, printers (laser for single– part FormFox paper and dot–matrix for Federal and Florida Drug Free Workplace HRS forms) and an optional barcode reader. The dot matrix printers are an optional purchase but you cannot complete a Federal or HRS collection in FormFox without the dot–matrix printer. Collection sites are responsible for obtaining their own equipment.
