What equipment is included in the room hire charge?
In the Florence Hall, a data projector, PA system, CD player, VHS and DVD player are included. In our Jarvis Suite, top table and lecturn mikes are included plus a technician who will remain with you throughout your entire conference. With all other conference rooms no equipment is included as we find that many of our clients do not require equipment and therefore feel it is unfair to increase our prices and include AV as standard.
