What equipment is available in Nepal?
In Nepal you can buy most spare parts for bikes like tires, chains, brake pads, crank sets etc, though you should be aware that genuine parts are difficult to come by and can be expensive, if you are bringing your own bike we recommend you to bring your own spares as you think you will need. Parts like brake pads, inner tubes chains can be found at reasonable prices and are serviceable for long tours. Helmets, Jerseys and biking shorts can be difficult to find in good price and quality as well as larger sizes, we recommend you to bring your own, however we do supply best quality safety helmets to all our clients.
