What equipment comes standard with the cabin rental?
The rental properties we manage are owned privately and are thus decorated according to the preferences of the respective owners; therefore our Pigeoin Forge accommodations and amenities can vary to considerable degree. We do guarantee the following will be provided: Heat and A/C, stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, basic pots and pans, coffee maker, dishes, utensils flatware, telephone(s), color TV(s), and VCR(s), fire extinguishers and smoke detectors, bed linens and pillows, towels, washcloths and bath mats. We also provide a starter setup of soap, dish soap, and paper items appropriate to the cabin capacity. NOTE: We do not offer refunds for problems with utilities.
