What equipment and ADSL connection is required?
To use TPGs VoIP Service, customers require the following: • An ADSL broadband connection with a download speed of at least 256kbps and an upload speed of at least 64kbps • A spare standard telephone handset (supplied by customer) • The specified VoIP capable modem/router must be purchased from TPG at the time of registration.
