Im not sure about the episode it was but, Chrissy and tony were in a car accident and they rolled of a cliff into the woods. Tony was fine but Chrissy was injured and stuck closed in at the wheel. Tony didnt want to call the cops to bring them in so he decided to suffocate chrissy making it seem like he died on impact. Tony just wanted to walk away from it like it never happened to avoid the cops. Tony wanted christopher dead anyway, he was screwing up and was becoming insane.
