she died off-screen, and the team finds a burned body in a car, and its only about half-way in that a computer program generates a face for the victim, and then pulls up her academy photo as a match she was written off early in season 2 and in the 2nd last episode of the season, she is shown in flashbacks, and later revealed as the victim, i don’t know if she returned for the guest spot, or if her scenes were old footage the episode is Titled: Heroes
