What entrance exams or tests do I have to take to be considered for admission to Uppsala University?
No entrance examinations or entrance tests exist. In order to be eligible as a non-exchange student you must be able to demonstrate that you have completed a full curriculum at a recognized upper secondary school resulting in at least 12 years of schooling in your home country as well as having a sufficient command of Swedish and English (see A1 above). Please note that even if you are eligible you still may not be admitted due to the large number of applicants to Uppsala University and the limited number of places. Competition is very keen in most areas of study.If you lack prior knowledge of Swedish you must pass the TISUS test mentioned under A1 above or have equivalent competence in Swedish.
