Vayusphere IRiS enables secure, authenticated connections to Remedy Help Desk, Siebel Field Service and CA Service Desk. IRiS also includes an EAI Gateway that enables IRiS to connect indirectly to any enterprise application that can be accessed through third-party EAI products such as those from IBM, Tibco and WebMethods. IRiS is also architected to support standards-based interactions with enterprise applications using current and future industry standards such as Web Services. IRiS also supports remote notifications from an enterprise application via Web Services, SMTP or HTTP.
