You are right, In India there are no separate curriculum in robotics and Artificial Intelligence at Under Graduate level except some institutes offer Mechatronics only. You do not have to do all these streams you mentioned. This course is available at Post Graduation level at IITs and some National Institutes in India. One should do B.Tech or B.E. in any of these Computer, IT, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical to pursue Robotics and Artificial Intelligent at Post Graduate level.
