What employees are eligible to complete the Questionnaire?
For an employee to be eligible to complete the Questionnaire, the employee must have been in the position for a minimum of six months. In the case of a new position in which the incumbent has been in the position less than six months, the incumbent will be given an opportunity to complete the Questionnaire at a later time.
