The Illinois EPA permit regulates and Manteno Lime will control all plant emissions including: sulfur dioxide (SO2) nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), and particulate matter (dust). The permit also sets limits and requires testing for hydrogen chloride (HCl), lead and volatile organic compounds (VOC). Q: How will Manteno Lime’s air emissions impact our community?
