The Willamette Valley Wineries Association is an official partner to Oregon 150, celebrating the state’s 150th birthday. Join in the fun of 150 Days of Wine in the Willamette Valley, a series of special wine events and activities taking place between February 14 and Labor Day weekend. It kicks off with I Love Oregon Wines on Valentine’s Weekend. The WVWA website is launching a new section that will continually be updated with information about the events taking place during 150 Days. www.willamettewines.com A few recent happenings in the valley include: • Plum Hill Vineyards, a family-owned winery in a converted dairy farm featuring Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Riesling.
