What else does RH Newell do to assure a perfect, true custom fit?
• When fitting a new client for the first time, we insist on creating a “fit-check” shirt. We send the shirt to the client to get his feedback to see if any changes are necessary before we fill the balance of their order. If an existing client has gained or lost more than 10 pounds since their last order, we recommend doing a new fit-check shirt to verify the fit. We also pre-shrink all of our fabrics so that the fit is not unduly affected by future laundering.
