What elevation products are being produced by the PAMAP Program?

0

There are four products being produced for each and every 10,000 ft by 10,000 ft tile in the state of Pennsylvania after LiDAR data collection: a filtered and classified LiDAR point cloud data set in LAS file format, 2 ft contour data in 3D shapefile format, break lines in 3D shapefile format, and a 3.2 foot (1 meter) resolution bare earth DEM in GeoTIFF format. When these products have completed QAQC, they will be prepared along with metadata for distribution to users. Contours, break lines, and DEM’s will be available through the PASDA state data clearinghouse. LAS (point cloud) data will be available, by request, from the PA State Data Center. Products will also be available through USGS.
