What electives are offered?
Elective time consists of 1.8 FTE months in the Child PGY-2 year. Examples of electives include: outpatient and inpatient services, (acute or residential), including substance abuse; consultation/liaison to schools, general or subspecialty pediatrics, or the juvenile probation department; intensive evaluation and treatment, such as neuropsychological testing, diagnostic assessment, hypnosis/biofeedback, or cognitive behavioral therapy; and basic neuroscience, research, teaching, and administration.
