Cold weather has no adverse effects on any Texas Dirt Glue products. ArenaKleen, and DustLess may be applied at any temperature and never freeze. DirtGlue polymer and PotHoleGlue should be applied when the temperature is above freezing but once cured cold has no effect on the applications.
