What effective abs exercises is the best without hurting my back?
The reason why you’re hurting your back is because your using the wrong muscles in your body. Which means you need to first start off doing more cardio and then getting into heavier exercises. Don’t worry, alot of cardio works out your abs so you’re in luck!
