If the government is successful in the A-76 competition, the Most Efficient Organization will determine the number and types of positions retained to accomplish the work. Regardless of the outcome (either government or private sector), any adversely affected term or temporary employees will be afforded “soft landing services” to the extent stipulated in the regulations for those categories of employees.
