What effect will every other year admissions have on the Netwon Nursing programs waiting list?
It will lengthen the waiting time for those not admitted on the odd numbered years. However, once students are admitted to the program, they will have the opportunity to complete the entire Nursing program on the Newton campus. Prior to 2011 there was no ADN program available in Newton and Newton PN graduates had no assurance they would be able to go on for their RN. Their only option was to wait and see if a seat would be available on another campus.
