What effect does drought have on the economy?
In Saskatchewan, Canada drought causes major problems with the farmers especially – grain, canola, vegetables (gardens), cattle, domestic animals, and people themselves financially. Then the government steps in to help the farmers out with insurance claims – if the farmer does not have enough to cover alot of them have lost their farms through bankruptcy. It’s a SAD situation.
