What effect does a dog urinating on a outside air condition unit afftect freon leaks?
It will not damage your AC unit but it might kill your dog by accidentally urinating to an open electrical circuit or sticking its genital close to the running condenser fan motor blades 🙂 Seriously, urine is an acid and acids easily corrode aluminum coil fins. Make sure you wash your condenser coil every time your dog urinates. Make sure to turn off the unit from its disconnect before you wash to avoid electric shock. Avoid washing the electrical portion.
