What effect did the French and Indian War have on the American Colonies?
The French and Indian War had many effects on the American colonies– (1) The colonies began to see that Britain was not as powerful as they once had thought, (2) the colonies began to seek more area to settle, as they were then experiencing the joyful of upheaval of having won the French and Indian War, and (3) a sense of colonial unity was spread (which led to the unity of the colonies during the American Revolution).
