We offer the ServSafe Manager’s Food Certification Course three times per year. Successful completion of the course and the national certification exam with qualify participants for two additional points added to your sanitation grade when Environmental Health inspects your establishment. This course is appropriate for anyone who works in the food service industry. Home canners workshops are offered in the spring and technical support is offered throughout the year.
